We also develop and prepare statistical process control metrics and related reports. » Conduct regular and periodic audits of your Management Operating Structure. » Facilitate the develop action plans to variances as identified through the audit process. » Providetechnical direction/guidance to personnel as required. » Functions as facility Continuous Improvement champion regarding tasks, projects, and operations. » Network and share best practice with your existing other organizational locations. » Engage in typical responsibilities as improvement manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and delegating. » If there are direct reports, provides for the management of employees to ensure effective selection, retention, development, disciplinary action and performance management. If a collective bargaining agreement exists, may participate in negotiations, grievances or other contract related activities and discussions. » Performs other duties in several languages like German or Italian as assigned.
